Since its opening in 2005 the luxury Intour-hotel “SINDICA” has been visited by many respectable people and many of them have become its frequent guests. The State Duma of Russia, the Public Chamber of Russia, numerous departmental bodies and academic institutions have repeatedly chosen our hotel as a great place for symposia, conferences and retreats. The Hotel “SINDICA” has always been chosen as a place of stay of Russia Premier League football teams participating in matches conducted in the territory of Kabardino-Balkaria.

We are proud that in 2008 the Intour-Hotel “SINDICA” was the place where the World Women Chess Championship was held. The most favorable impressions about the championship were expressed not only by participants but also by journalists covering the event.

In 2008 the construction and equipping of a new medical-diagnostic building of the hotel was completed. The Intour Hotel “SINDICA” was transformed into the SPA-Hotel “SINDICA”.
